Reminders

  • In search strings using plus and minus signs, make sure there are no spaces between the sign and the word or phrase it applies to. However, there should be a space before the sign unless it is with the first word (or phrase) in the string.
  • In Boolean search strings, there should be an operator between every pair of words unless they are within quotation marks.
